Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Selfie League PDX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

To participate in tournaments and be eligible for prizes, you must complete the verification process as described on the Platform.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

User Content

Content You Submit: When you submit photos or other content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and tournament operations.

Content Requirements: All submitted content must comply with these terms. You must not submit content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Contains false or misleading information
Violates the privacy of others

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Tournament Rules

Fair Play: All scores must be achieved through legitimate gameplay. Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or artificially inflate scores will result in disqualification.

Score Verification: We reserve the right to verify any submitted score and may reject submissions that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.

Prizes: Prize eligibility requires account verification. Prize decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

Code of Conduct

Selfie League is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.

Treat all participants with respect and dignity
No harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
No hate speech or offensive language
Respect the venue and its staff

Violations of this code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from all Selfie League events.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Selfie League PDX and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELFIE LEAGUE PDX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
